A few weeks ago, I stumbled across an ad for the Jetflux Pressure Washer. It claimed the Jet Flux is a powerful washer that could blast away years of grime in seconds.

I was so excited to give it a try as my patio needed a good cleaning before the kids set up their outdoor play area. So I immediately placed an order on buyjetflux.com.

Spoiler alert: It was a terrible purchase!

About Jetflux Pressure Washer

JetFlux or Jet Flux is advertised as a compact, powerful pressure washer attachment that turns your ordinary garden hose into a heavy-duty cleaning machine. The website proudly calls it “America’s Number 1 Rated Pressure Washer,” making it seem like a best-selling local product.

I ordered mine directly from their website, and it shipped from China, not the U.S. as the advertising implies. When it arrived, I immediately felt that it wasn’t a true pressure washer, but I still gave it a fair try.

My experience using this pressure washer

The first time I hooked it up to my garden hose, I was waiting for that powerful blast I saw in the ads. Instead, what I got was… just water. Sure, it focused the stream a little bit more than the regular nozzle I already had, but it was nowhere near strong enough to remove dirt, mold, or mildew.

I tried it on the patio, on the car tires, even on the driveway, and each time I ended up laughing a little at how ordinary it was. My five-dollar hose attachment from the hardware store actually does a better job. The JetFlux couldn’t even handle dried mud patches, let alone the tougher messes I needed it for.

By the end, I was frustrated because not only did it fail to deliver, but I had also paid a lot more than I would for a simple nozzle from my local store. When I sent an email to the website requesting for a refund, I was totally ignored. I’ve not gotten any response yet.

Is the Jetflux Pressure Washer a Scam?

From my experience, it’s a scam product sold with misleading advertisement. Firstly, it does not work as claimed. JetFlux is just a basic hose nozzle dressed up with fancy marketing. It’s lightweight, feels cheaply made, and it retails for way more than it should.

Secondly, the product is not made in America as claimed on their website. It is manufactured in China and shipped from there. On getjetflux.com, you’ll see it selling for a premium price, but the exact same nozzle can be found online for less than 20 dollars.

Even worse, the Jetflux Pressure Washer is not a new invention. It was previously sold under the name Jetsono, which gained such a bad reputation that the company had to rebrand it. Now they are pushing it as JetFlux to unsuspecting buyers.

When I later checked TrustPilot and Amazon reviews, I saw dozens of people calling it out as a scam. Customers complained about the exact same issues I faced; poor quality, overpriced, and absolutely not a real pressure washer.

Better Alternative

So after my awful experience with Jetflux, I decided to opt for another product, using Amazon reviews as a guide.

I bought the MEKOH Short Pressure Washer Gun with Swivel for $32.99 (almost same price with the Jetflux). I have to say—it’s a total game changer! This thing delivers a powerful 5000 PSI and 10 GPM, making it perfect for everything from deep-cleaning my driveway to washing my car. It effortlessly blasts away dirt, grime, and stains on concrete, wood, and even metal surfaces, leaving them looking brand new.

One of the standout features is the 360° rotatable 3/8″ QC, which prevents hose kinking and keeps the water pressure steady. It’s a small detail, but it makes a huge difference in handling and extending the life of my pressure washer hose. Plus, the quick-connect adapter makes setup super easy.

Another big win? No leaks or drips! The solid brass and metal construction ensure durability, and I haven’t experienced any annoying water loss like I have with other pressure washer guns. The exterior plastic is sturdy and rust-proof, so I know this will last for the long haul.

Comfort is also a huge plus. The compact, lightweight design and easy-pull trigger reduce hand fatigue, which is great when working on big cleaning jobs. The safety lock key is an added bonus, giving me peace of mind while using it.

The compatibility is excellent, fitting most pressure washer models. Just keep in mind that this gun isn’t for garden hoses or faucets—it’s specifically for pressure washers.

Pros an Cons of Jetflux Pressure Washer

Pros

  • Lightweight and easy to attach to a hose
  • Slightly more focused stream than a regular nozzle

Cons

  • Not a real pressure washer
  • Extremely overpriced for what it is
  • Cheap build quality
  • Ships from China, not America as advertised
  • Rebranded from Jetsono, which had bad reviews
  • Can be found for under $20 elsewhere

Final Thoughts

Buying the JetFlux was one of those lessons in not believing everything you see in flashy ads. It’s not a true pressure washer, just an overpriced garden hose nozzle. If you’re looking to actually get your driveway, car, or patio sparkling clean, I highly recommend skipping this one and going for a trusted Amazon alternative instead. At least then, you’ll be paying for real cleaning power.
