I too feel scammed. I ordered the buy two get one free on May 9th and paid with my cc. On May 19th I contacted the company because I was unable to track the shipment and had not received the produce. The customer response was quick, apologizing and ensuring there had been a problem with the order but it was resolved and they were going to re-ship my order and I would receive an email confirmation when shipped. It implied the order would go out the next day. I still have not received an email confirmation and no product. I contacted the company today to cancel the order and will be contacting my credit card tomorrow to have the charges reversed. I also like OSEA oil, and their customer service is awesome!

Took a long time to arrive. Sketchy tracking number…but 6 weeks later I got it…3 bottles…one wrapped in brown paper leaking and 2 free floating in a box.

Here’s my advice. I have always taken care of my shin, full body. I’m 66 but I look like I’m in my early to mid 50s. My secret is NEVER go to bed without cleansing your face!!! NEVER sleep in your makeup!!! Use a scrub 2 times a week to exfoliate your dead skin cells and deep clean your pores. Always use oil to remove your makeup. Use a hot wet cloth to remove the oil until it’s ALL gone ( 2-3 rinses). Use a good toner like Clinique to remove the last residuals from your pores. Then a serum..I use Dr Spa and it WORKS!!! My friends started commenting on my skin the first week I started using it. Morning and night.
At night, after my Dr Spa I use Hydro Boost or any sample moisturizer I’ve been given from the cosmetics counter at the mall…I get the expensive samples. I think variety is the key. Keep your skin guessing…and you’ll know which one works best.
