OK, this is the thing which I don’t think anyone will point out: in one of Gundry’s videos (a mixture of truth and lies, or at least convenient omissions) he said one doesn’t have to remove those “delicious carbs” showing a picture of spaghetti, he doesn’t (conveniently?) mention the difference between simple refined carbs and unrefined complex carbohydrates in raw organic produce which eating keeps the blood sugar more even. Also if one doesn’t change one’s diet, continues to eat things like spaghetti they will be nutrient deficient. To say just take this product/supplement and you don’t have to change what you are eating and exercise is simply snake oil. Also in one of his videos it shows him pointing to raw blueberries implying hat they are bad, I emailed his business challenging him to prove that eating raw organic blueberries is bad and of course he can’t and so didn’t reply to me, this isn’t right, his videos are deceptive! I have been into nutrition/wellness for 33 years, eating raw organic fruits and vegetables, live enzymes for digestion which are killed in heating/cooking, cooked food (fruits and vegetables) are actually harder to digest! This makes a tremendous difference, as at almost age 69 I’m not on any medications, weigh only a few lbs more than I did 45 years ago in my early twenties, have physical flexibility and strength, don’t have face wrinkles, no white hair, can run and people say they can’t believe I’m this old!
    OK, it’s a heart choice first, do you really want to be healthy or just a quick cheap thrill to your taste buds with something sweet and/or tempting fast food? Then it’s “brainpower” not willpower!, to resist the cravings your bad intestinal bacteria are giving you to give them their food? Then it takes commitment, discipline and planning,………………I.E. THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED! NO SIMPLE MAGIC BULLET TO REAL HEALTH!

      I am a 59yr woman and I am extremely interested in your opinion on this subject, and was wondering if you could give me an example of what you would eat in a typical day. I find myself so overwhelmed with all the different diets that say “JUST EAT THIS or JUST DO THAT” and you will have your dream body. I would love a simple and easy dietary plan with daily walk around the block and see results. I feel that it’s not a realistic goal, what do you think?

  2. “Doctor” Gundry may have been a real doctor at one time, but he is nothing but an overpriced pill hustler now. I enjoyed his spiels when he first appeared on the internet and You Tube, but now he has created, and been joined by an army of fake AI doctors peddling pills who are getting .50 to .75 cents for pills that cost pennies to make….most of which don’t work Go eat a lectin, “Dr. Gundry.”

  3. I I’m really tired of seeing and hearing this bozo. Maybe he was a good doctor at once or maybe he wasn’t and that’s why he became a pill pusher. They should get him off the air because there are many such as myself who would never buy anything if it were being shilled by this guy.
