Have you been seeing those flashy ads for Lipomax Drops promising effortless weight loss? Yeah… me too. As a busy mom who doesn’t have time for complicated diet plans, the marketing totally reeled me in.

They kept throwing around words like Pink Salt recipe and fat-burning, and the name “Lipo Max” made it sound like it had something to do with those fancy lipotropic injections you see at weight loss clinics.

But here’s the thing: I tried Lipo Max Drops for a full month, and what I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! Here’s my honest no-BS review.

About Lipomax Drops

Lipomax Drops is marketed as a weight loss supplement formulated with a “special Pink Salt recipe.” Sounds intriguing, right? Except, they never reveal what that recipe is. There’s no real ingredient list, no explanation of how it works, and no transparency about who’s behind the brand.

The biggest thing that drew me in was the name. “LipoMax” makes you think it’s related to lipotropic injections—the ones that are full of B12 and amino acids and supposedly help with fat metabolism.

My experience using Lipomax Drops for weight loss

So, I ordered it. I’ll be honest, I was kind of excited. It took two long weeks to arrive, and the package came straight from China with barely any details on the box. No clear directions, no real manufacturing info, nothing.

When I first tried the drops, I noticed they tasted just like slightly flavored water. That was fine by me—I thought, “Hey, maybe the magic is in the formula!” So, I used it every single day for an entire month. Morning, evening, I didn’t miss a dose.

And then… nothing. No weight loss, no appetite suppression, no energy boost. I literally stepped on the scale after a month and realized I was in the exact same place I started. The frustration was real.

What really got under my skin was the realization that the “Lipo” in Lipo Max Drops was just a gimmick. I had originally thought it might have some of the same ingredients as lipotropic injections (like B12, methionine, inositol, or choline), but it’s not even close. It’s just flavored water in a dropper bottle with vague promises.

Is It a Scam?

I’m not going to sugarcoat it: the way this product is marketed feels shady. The name is intentionally misleading, making people believe it’s connected to lipotropic injections. They refuse to share a full ingredient list, and the vague “Pink Salt recipe” line means absolutely nothing.

They also claim endorsement from Oprah, and use videos of her in their various Ads online. Beware! The fact that it ships from China with no clear brand information, customer support, or safety details is a major red flag. It’s hard not to feel like you’re just throwing money away.

Better Alternatives That Actually Work

After my experience, I went back to products and strategies that actually make sense and deliver results. Here are a few Amazon’s top-rated weight loss supplements worth checking out instead:

  • Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies with GLP-1 Support – This are wildly popular for a reason. They help control appetite, improve digestion, and are super easy to take (no gross vinegar taste).
  • Hydroxycut Weight Loss Capsules – One of the most recognized names in the weight loss supplement world, backed by strong reviews and transparency about ingredients.
  • Lifestyle-based apps like Noom or MyFitnessPal – While not supplements, these programs help you build sustainable habits and actually track progress.

Honestly, pairing any of the above with healthy eating and daily movement will get you much better results than Lipomax Drops ever will.

Pros

  • Compact and portable bottle.
  • Mild, pleasant flavor.

Cons

  • No ingredient list or manufacturing details.
  • Ships from China with long delivery times.
  • Didn’t work at all even after a month of consistent use.
  • Misleading name that tricks you into thinking it’s related to lipotropic injections.
  • Poor directions and zero product transparency.

Frequently Asked Questions About Lipo Max Drops

1. How do you take Lipo Max Drops?
The packaging I received had unclear directions, which was frustrating. It simply suggested taking a few drops daily, but didn’t specify how many or at what time of day. This lack of proper instructions was one of the red flags for me.

2. Where is Lipo Max Drops made?
The bottle I received shipped directly from China. There were no details about the actual manufacturer or whether the product followed any quality or safety standards.

3. Does Lipo Max Drops actually help with weight loss?
Based on my month-long experience, the answer is no. I didn’t lose any weight or notice any changes at all. Many buyers are misled by the “Lipo” in the name, thinking it’s similar to lipotropic injections, but it’s not.

4. Is Lipo Max Drops related to lipotropic injections?
No. Despite the similar-sounding name, there’s zero connection between Lipo Max Drops and the lipotropic injections offered at weight loss clinics. It doesn’t contain the same ingredients or have the same purpose.

Final Thoughts

If you’re asking “Does Lipo Max Drops really work?”, my answer based on a full month of use is no. It did absolutely nothing for me, and the lack of transparency about what’s actually inside the bottle makes me very uncomfortable.

As a mom, I hate wasting money on products that overpromise and underdeliver, and unfortunately, Lipo Max Drops fits that description perfectly. If you’re serious about your weight loss journey, invest in products that are upfront about their ingredients and have real results to show for it.

  1. I just got my delivery in a few days. I watch Oprah talk about it so I ordered it. I start tomorrow morning by weighing in & measuring. If I don’t see any results in a month, Watch Out Oprah!

      1. I watched that entire video & that’s exactly what I thought. Plus the ingredients they claim are in there- aren’t! I opted for biy 6 bottles, get 3 free. I was charged for all 6. Now I want to cancel the order & I get no response from anyone.

        1. Mine shipped by cartpanda. Shipped Aug 11, It was never received.

          1. Ruth,
            This Mary Fitts Hawley.
I just received my order of Lipo Max today and now don’t know IF I should start!
I will be in EC September 28- October 1st. Can we meet? 520- 306- 8877

          2. Hi Ruth Ann, Thank you for your experience that is similar to mine. I called the phone number that you provided, which gave me good information (with a quick response — I have tried several times to call my contact with no result). I am concerned that there is no FDA APPROVAL because I have several medical conditions. I have already purchased the LipoMax but have not started using it yet. Would you recommend me to return for a refund? Thank you.
            Sheila

        2. That is what happened to me and I was charged in NZ dollars and was $559 and is ridiculous they said 3 bottles free and that was how much they charged me for 3 bottles. No-on responded to my emails which there were many and I reported them to Paypal and they then replied to me and gave me half the money back. I have the products and cannot return them for the full refund as you cannot courier to a PO box. Total scam please do not spend your money on this product its just not worth it.

      2. How do you know this? If what you say is true, then why has nobody seen a public announcement from Oprah denouncing this product, or heard about any lawsuits? It’s her name that will be negatively affected, if it hasn’t already. Public figures live very public lives and are always in the news about something. I would think this scam should definitely go public, especially with Oprah disavowing her participation and clearing her name. I’m thankful that I only purchased 1 bottle at Amazon for less than the makers of this product charge.

    1. I too received 6 bottles of the Lipo-Max today. I too watched Oprah and she sounded so convencing.
Ellen, I’ll let you know after 30 days. If nothing happens, I’ll send it back and request a refund.

        1. I purchased 1 bottle on Amazon for 19.00 but it’s not eligible for returns. Not happy about it, but at least I didn’t pay the original asking price. I always check with Amazon for availability and cost first. I know that doesn’t help you in this case, but perhaps for future reference.

        1. An update since my last post: On Sept 12, I was issued a refund for the entire purchase only after I replied to their texts and sent emails to their support that I reported all their company names Lipomax, Liposlim, CartPanta, CartPanda*LipoMaxEX60 in Wilminton DE, 4unature and any other company name and phone numbers I had and filed complaints and fraud to the Federal Trade Commission, My state Atty General, AARP Fraud Helpline, BBB and the
Consumer Protection Agency. BE persistant and annoying and send emails I used this one “contact@4unature.com” and make calls every day to any number you have for this company. Ask for terms and conditions for returns and spread the word on this company! And hopefully you will get results too. Good luck

      1. I requested 6 bottle was sent 12 and charged for 12 Notified them 5 minutes after I placed my 6 bottle order. They said it was to late to cancel or refund. then called number waited 40 min on hold then started to tell them the problem and they hung up on me. This happened 5 times. No customer service. Got charged $440 for 12 bottles of WATER. I want a refund!!!!

    2. I purchased also. Again, no results! I watched Oprah’s film. Such a scam. Wish I could get money back. I have 5 bottles left.

  2. I’m 77 and living by myself & on SS & I believe in Oprah, so I hope I’m not being scammed. Tomorrow I’ll be weighing & measuring to see if the above writer was right. I certainly hope she is wrong. I’ll let you know in a month’s time. First of all, I received it right away obviously not from China. But no instructions except take 1 or 2 full from dropper? Not sure what to do. No pamphlet was true. But why would Oprah invest her money is my question if not true?

    1. I am 80 and ordered lipomax. Within minutes after ordering I thought about potential riskseEileen and tried to cancel. They said they couldn’t cancel because my order was already processed. I called the help number and requested a cancellation. My order was not shipped until two weeks later, so clearly it was not too late to cancel. The main reason I wanted to cancel is that I have high blood pressure and neuropathy and should restrict salt intake. I was told that I could return the product, so I returned it, unopened. After I returned it and verified by my tracking number that it had been received, I again contacted the company and requested my refund. After providing them with my tracking number they refunded my money within a day. I don’t know if it works or not as I never tried it.

  3. I ordered those drops too!! After reading the comments above, I checked my Visa online and saw I was overcharged $207.94 instead of $147.00. I immediately called the customer service number I was given and “she” offered me a 50% discount of the price they charged me. I told “her” I wanted the order cancelled altogether. She said she would go ahead and cancel the order and an email would be sent to me confirming the cancellation and that it would be 7 to 10 days for the credit to show on my credit card account. I checked my e mail and a credit memo has been issued and a credit has already appeared on my account!!
I should learn from past experiences that any of those companies that appear online (Facebook etc.) are not to be trusted and heaven help you if you have to report a fraud. The hoops that have to be jumped through is insane!!
I WILL NEVER order another thing online unless it is from a reputable company!! Well, have a nice day everyone.

    1. Hi! I went for it and am so disappointed in myself. I just did it on Friday so haven’t received anything yet. I was quoted a price of $700 which is way more than I want to spend but then I saw the charges on my credit card and they are over $2500. When I click on the email address on something from them, nothing happens! Who did you contact for the refund? I can not believe I fell for it!
      Thanks!
      Ellen

  4. I agree with all that was said, I not only didn’t lose any weight but I gained 2 lbs. When I bought the product they said that they had a 60 day return policy but as of yet I have not found where to return it to get my refund.

  5. I ORDERED LIPOMAX AND IT RAISED MY BLOOD PRESSURE 40 PSI IN JUST 2 WEEKS. I AM TRYING TO RETURN FOR A REFUND, BUT THE SUPPORT E-MAIL THEY GIVE IS AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS. AN RECOMMENDATIONS

    1. I got the same undeliverable message when I tried to request a refund. I got it on both emails they have on their website. If I have any luck getting in contact with them, I’ll let you know.

  6. To all you people who have wishful thinking, that’s all it is. This stuff is a rip-off. It does’t work. I’ve used it for a month, nothing!! in fact I gained weight. Kiss your money good-bye..

  7. I am ashamed of myself. I too fell for the Oprah blah, blah, blah. $400$ later I got a call form my lipomax “counselor” who tried (unsuccessfully) to convince (upsell) me that to get results quickly I should add a $2,000 personalized plan. When I told him that was just not possible he couldn’t get off the phone fast enough and practically hung up on me. All I got from a full month of dosing every morning was terrible diarrhea and not one single pound lost. Mow I cannot get response from any of their e-mail addresses. What am I going to do with 5 more bottles of this sugar water?????

  8. Due to the blessing of Oprah Winfrey I felt sure she would not back a product that is useless. Only because of her belief and investment in this product did I order the package of six bottles. At 85 years of age I rarely believe anything on the videos on the internet. More fool me. Taking the full bottle of Lipo Max morning and night as suggested I find not one ounce of weight has been lost. Last week I stopped taking this after one full bottle used. I have 5 useless bottles remaining. The “supplemental Facts” on the bottle is printed in the smallest typeface I’ve ever seen. Even with a high-powered magnifier I cannot read it. For 7 days I have been extra careful of every bite I’ve eaten and by that lack of flour products I have lost 3 1/2 pounds. THAT was at no cost to me. I wish Oprah could refund my investment. Cannot see any other way to recoup my investment.

  9. I too fell for this scam and I know after 50 years of dieting if its to good to be true it’s to good to be true. I’ve received and haven’t tried it. One testimonial stated that it gave them heart palpitations that I can’t risk with having A-fib. The bottle doesnt have ingredients on it. The print is tiny you can’t read it. Now I have to try and get my money back with no information for returns. I will never buy from an infomercial again.

  10. Total scam!!! This product does not work. I am going to report it to the Better Business Bureau and slam it on social media. Where on earth did they get those testimonials? This was a very expensive mistake.

  11. After providing them with my tracking number they refunded my money within a day. I don’t know if it works or not as I never tried it.

  12. If anyone has had results trying to return this product and get your refund, please let me know to my email, anncll@aol.com. I have tried every email address I can find for this product (which does not work) and all have been rejected as not correct. I also got the second phone call after my order and told him I couldn’t afford any more. My total was $302.91 because they charge me for more than I wanted. I’m not rich and that’s not chicken feed!
    Ann Lynch

  13. I also tried Lipo Max drops for a month and no results. I called the phone number someone found and spoke to
a real person. I ordered 12 bottles. I asked for a refund. First they were going to give me $132 back and I said
I would return the bottles I had left. I informed them that I paid alot more than that and that I thought it was a
60 day return policy. They went up to $199. She told me to continue using it twice a day in the morning and
evening 30 minutes prior to eating, as I was only taking it once a day 30 minutes prior to breakfast. I said my
60 days may be over by then for a refund. She said to try it and call back. I will be surprised to see if it really is
    refunded.

    1. good luck. They always hung up me everytime I called after waiting 40min on hold. No refund as of yet no matter what I do
