If you follow my blog, you probably already know my battle with swollen feet and puffy face. I’ve tried a couple of products which failed to yield any good outcome. Anyways, I decided to give Lymphoria lymphatic drainage drops a try. I placed an order on lymphoria.co and opted for expedited shipping (2 – 3 days)
Spoiler alert: My order took three weeks to be delivered, after which I was charged another $43.94 subscription that I wasn’t even aware of.

Lymphoria is marketed as a liquid lymphatic drainage supplement. The advertising makes a number of claims about supporting lymphatic drainage and helping with fluid buildup.
The product is also advertised as having a honey like appearance and consistency. This was one of the things I noticed when mine arrived because, honestly, what I received did not look or smell anything like what I expected from the advertisements.
Whats inside the drops?
According to the company, Lymphoria Lymphatic Drainage Drops contain:
• Cleavers (Galium aparine)
• Red Clover Blossom (Trifolium pratense)
• Stillingia Root (Stillingia sylvatica)
• Prickly Ash Bark (Zanthoxylum americanum)
• Vegetable glycerin and water as the liquid base
These ingredients are often found in packaged lymphatic drainage supplements. This blend aims to reduce swelling, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and enhance overall lymphatic system detoxification.
The formula is advertised as alcohol free, vegan, gluten free and free from added sugar. One thing I noticed is that the individual amounts of the four herbal ingredients are not clearly disclosed, so it is difficult to know exactly how much of each herb is in a serving.
My Experience taking Lymphoria Lymphatic Drainage drops
When I placed my order, I paid extra for 1 to 2 day priority shipping, however it took around three to weeks to arrive. Of course, it came from China, not Utah, that explained the delayed shipping.
The liquid was very dark, thick and gooey. It also had a very strong sour smell. The advertisements gave a completely different impression. The company describes the drops in a way that made me expect something much more honey like. Mine did not look or smell like honey.
Still, I had already paid for it, so I decided to give it a fair chance. I used it as directed and waited to see whether I would notice any difference. My feet still swell when I sit for a long time. I also did not notice any obvious difference in the puffiness of my face.
Again, I am only talking about my own experience. Just because I did not notice a result does not automatically mean nobody else will. But I personally did not get the result I was hoping for. Then came another surprise.
I was charged another $43. Turned out I was automatically placed into a recurring subscription plan when I ordered from the website. When I returned to lymphoria.co and read the tiny prints in the order page I was shocked. Here’s what it says;

You’ll be enrolled in a recurring subscription at the frequency and price shown in the order summary, and it will renew until it is cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your customer portal or by emailing support@lymphoria.co.
But the truth is that you can’t even cancel anytime as claimed. When I contacted customer service I was I was frustrated to find that the option was only to pause the subscription after three months. I ended up cancelling my credit card so I don’t get billed again.

Does Lymphoria Lymphatic Drainage Drops Actually Work?
Aside the issues from the brand, the drops themselves didn’t work.
My feet still swell when I sit for a long time. Same goes to my face, there was no visible change. Honestly, I don’t think this drops work for liquid retention, bloating or whatever symptoms associated to lymp.
Alternative
A fellow mom recommended a lymphatic drainage supplement on Amazon.com that has been working for her. It’s the NUTRAHARMONY USDA Organic Lymphatic Drainage Supplement. It comes in drop bottles, and I got the big bottle for $58.72.
I’ve been using it for the past one week. So far, it’s working great. My swollen feet are reducing, (not completely flat). I believe that before the bottle runs out my feet would have gone to their normal size. No side effects noted. Love this brand. Love tha
The truth about lymphoria.co
One of the biggest selling points of the brand is the before and after photos. After my disappointing experience, I decided to do a thorough investigation.
What I discovered was disturbing. The before and after images used on the website and on their ads are AI generated.
Also, the site boldly claims over 100,000 satisfied customers. But when you cross reference that with independent review platforms, the numbers do not align. If a brand truly had tens of thousands of satisfied buyers, you would expect a strong, consistent positive reputation across multiple third party platforms.
On TrustPilot.com, the reviews tells a completely different story. Common complaints include:
Unauthorized subscription charges
Difficulty canceling
Poor or nonexistent customer support
Refund issues
That is a major difference from the polished testimonials presented on the official site.
If a company selectively pastes favorable reviews while ignoring a low public rating, that is misleading marketing.
