Thinking about ordering from Body & Bra? Read this brutally honest review from a stay-at-home mom of 3 who tried it, hated it, and found better alternatives on Amazon.com
About Body & Bra
Body & Bra is an online lingerie brand heavily advertised on social media, claiming to offer ultra-comfortable, wire-free bras with superior lift and support. Their marketing is aimed at women looking for a better everyday bra — especially moms — promising cloud-soft fabrics and “seamless support you’ll forget you’re wearing.”
Despite the impression of being US-based, their products ship from the Philippines, something you’ll only find out after ordering.
Why I Bought It
As a stay-at-home mom of three, finding a bra that’s supportive, comfortable, and built for all-day wear is a must. Between chasing kids, running errands, and squeezing in a workout, my bras work overtime.
After seeing viral Body & Bra ads promising:
- No digging straps
- Ultimate lift without wires
- Buttery-soft, breathable fabric
I finally caved and ordered two bras. Spoiler alert: I regretted it.

My Experience with Body & Bra
Ordering & Shipping
Despite appearing to be a US-based brand, my order shipped from the Philippines. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, which is disappointing for a product that claims quick delivery.
Trying Them On
When the bras finally arrived:
- The straps dug into my shoulders like a diaper bag after a Costco trip.
- No real lift, no matter how much I adjusted the straps.
- My breasts either spilled out or gapped awkwardly in the cups.
- The fabric felt fine but definitely not “buttery-soft.”
- It felt no different than my $12 bra — only this one left marks on my shoulders.
I even did a side-by-side with one of my old bras and… absolutely no noticeable difference in lift or fit.
Customer Service & Returns
After contacting them about a return, I was told they don’t provide return labels. Meaning, I’d have to pay for international shipping to the Philippines — which would have cost me more than the bras themselves.
I checked their reviews on Trustpilot and, sure enough, dozens of other women shared the same frustrations: poor quality, terrible fit, no lift, and a shady return policy.
Pros & Cons of Body and bra
Pros:
- Soft fabric
- Wire-free design
- Wide size range
❌ Cons:
- Straps dig into shoulders
- No noticeable lift or support
- Poor, inconsistent fit
- No prepaid return label — you pay for international return shipping

Final Verdict: Don’t Waste Your Money
Would I recommend Body & Bra?
Absolutely not. It’s an overhyped, overpriced bra brand with disappointing fit, no noticeable lift, and a headache-inducing return policy.
I can honestly tell you that I had the exact opposite reaction. I ordered 2 of the Secret Support bras and I love them. I wear a 42 G and have been unhappy in underwire bras for several years, but what are you going to do when your highly advertised Honeylove and Shapermint bras do not fit. Those bras gap and my breasts spill over and if not this, you end up with uniboob. These Body & Bra ones gather up my breasts offering great support with no spill over or gapping . . . and no uniboob.
I really don’t care where it comes from as long as it does what it claims to do.
