Is Clean Boss Laundry Sheets really effective? As a stay-at-home mom of three, between muddy soccer uniforms, baby blowout onesies, and the occasional mystery stain, I’m always on the lookout for products that make laundry less of a chore.
I’ve used Clean Boss Disinfectant and their Fruit and Veggie Wash before and genuinely liked both, so when I saw they released their Laundry Detergent Smart Sheets, I couldn’t add them to my Amazon.com cart fast enough.

About Clean Boss Laundry Sheets
Clean Boss Laundry Detergent Smart Sheets are dissolvable, pre-measured sheets of concentrated detergent you toss right into your washer. No pouring, no measuring, and no heavy, leaky jugs.
They’re designed to be eco-friendly, paraben-free, phosphate-free, dye-free, and hypoallergenic. One sheet handles a regular load, and you can use two for those extra-grimy jobs (which in my house, is basically every other load).
They work in both HE and standard machines, and in hot, warm, or cold washes.
Available on Cleanboss.co and also Amazon.com, I was pretty much excited as I live off Amazon Prime Membership perks. So If you want to avoid international shipping hassles, you should buy the Clean Boss Laundry Sheets directly on Amazon.com. It arrives earlier, and comes with a money back guarantee.
My experience using this laundry detergent sheets
First thing I noticed — they smell fantastic. Clean, subtle, and not overly perfumey. I hate when detergents are so strong they make your clothes smell like you bathed in a candle store.
I started with a load of towels. Tossed in a sheet, hit start, and hoped for the best. When I pulled them out? Soft, clean, and fresh without any weird residue or overpowering scent. Same story with the kids’ clothes, even my daughter’s favorite hoodie that had a mystery jelly stain (blueberry? ink? marker? we’ll never know).
However, I did notice a couple of things. On one of my cold water loads, I found a tiny clump of undissolved sheet stuck to the side of the washer drum. Not a big deal, it peeled right off, but still worth mentioning. I quickly figured out it works better when you toss the sheet in after adding clothes so it gets properly agitated and dissolves fully.
Also, while it tackled everyday messes like dirt, sweat, and snack stains just fine, a couple of heavy-duty stains needed a little extra love. My son’s grass-stained jeans laughed in the face of one sheet. I had to pre-treat those with a stain stick first, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for most eco-friendly detergents I’ve used.

Where is Clean Boss Laundry Sheets Made?
There have been some gossip that this product is made in China but it’s false information. Clean Boss makes their laundry sheets – including all products – from USA.
Final Thoughts
If you’ve been hesitant to jump on the detergent sheet bandwagon, Clean Boss Laundry Detergent Sheets are a great place to start. They’re convenient, mess-free, eco-friendly, and actually get the job done. However, they may not tackle heavy stains.
I don’t know if this is possible, but putting a link to the clean boss website throughout your review would be helpful and possibly give you a little percentage.
Thank you. We are working on that.
Thank you for your review……I’m gonna try the sheets because you said they don’t have a heavy smell. I do prefer zero sent……
Is the sent really lite? Are these sheets good in hand/gentle wash? You mentioned they aren’t great in cold water……
Thanks
Where are these made? Am hoping not China!
I was sent an email for confirmation on the purchase of the laundry sheets. The link to track the product is “dead” and goes no where.
