My experience using this triple method knee massager
First off, I think I need to let you know that this is not a compression sleeve. Compression sleeves are build entirely differently. I got big legs, and I found that the extension bands are not enough to get the elements in place around the knee cap.
I was very hopeful but here were my problems – (a) the user manual was inadequate (b) the devices were neither of them as responsive as the user manual make them out to be! They do not respond to the instruction “Tap once to wake.” In fact they needed hard presses to respond.
I kept using it every day because I really wanted to give it a fair chance. I used it after school drop off. I used it after sweeping and mopping and bending over constantly. I tried it before bed. I even tried it after my late night workouts. The device does provide some relief but it is no miracle worker. I found it impossible to effectively attach it to my knee. I had to hold it in place with my hand. The massage function did provide a bit of relief.

I tend to favor massagers that include rolling mechanisms, I was surprised that this unit only does vibration and heat. At first, that was a bit of a put-off, but after several goes with the product, I came to enjoy the easy touch for the task at hand.
