The company heavily advertises these mats online using emotional marketing and dramatic before and after style claims. They are often promoted as limited time sales with large discounts, buy one get one offers, and countdown timers encouraging customers to purchase quickly.

Honestly, my experience started going downhill before the package even arrived. I originally intended to buy just one XL cooling mat for my dog. That was all I needed. But during checkout, the website repeatedly pushed extra products at me over and over again. Every few seconds another offer appeared asking if I wanted to add another discounted item, another accessory, another pet product, or another “exclusive” deal.

I kept declining them. At least I thought I did. When the confirmation email arrived, I realized I had somehow ended up purchasing an extra small dog car seat that I absolutely never intended to order. Considering my dog weighs eighty pounds, an extra small car seat was completely useless to me. No temperature difference. Nothing remotely impressive.

My dog seemed equally unimpressed because he barely wanted to lay on it. I placed it in his favorite resting spot during a warm afternoon and he simply walked away after sniffing it briefly. Later, when he finally did lay on it for a short time, he quickly moved back to the regular floor tiles instead.
